The Sierra Range SRMG-12 natural gas griddle is an excellent choice for searing small quantities of proteins and vegetables. Equipped with a single enameled burner, this griddle ensures even heat distribution across its 3⁄4-inch-thick polished carbon steel griddle plate. Precise temperature control is achieved through the orange paint-injected aluminum temperature dial conveniently located for easy access at the front. The pilot, also accessible from the front, simplifies maintenance.
Built for durability, the Sierra Range SRMG-12 features a robust stainless steel construction on the front and sides, resisting wear and tear. The fully welded griddle plate incorporates 3-inch-high splash guards to effectively contain popping grease. Designed with practicality in mind, the griddle includes a grease trough and a removable stainless steel grease trap, facilitating effortless cleaning. Ideal for countertop use, the griddle is mounted on 4-inch adjustable chromed carbon steel legs. Overall, this griddle measures 12 inches in width, 32 inches in depth, and 16 27/32 inches in height.
