Sierra Hotplate, designed for natural gas use and suitable for countertop placement, features a 24-inch width and four powerful open burners each delivering 30,000 BTUs. The manual controls offer easy operation, and the unit includes cast iron grates for efficient heat distribution.

Constructed with durability in mind, the hotplate is made of stainless steel and comes with a removable stainless steel drip tray for convenient cleaning. It is equipped with four adjustable steel feet for stability.

The unit also includes a pressure regulator, ensuring proper gas flow. With a total of 120,000 BTUs, this hotplate is designed for high-performance cooking. It holds cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications and ships with a liquid propane conversion kit for added versatility.
