The Axis AX-513 half-size convection oven offers a glimpse inside the cabinet with its glass door and interior halogen light, allowing you to monitor your food as it cooks. Safety is a priority, as the double-wall construction of the door keeps the exterior cool to the touch, reducing the risk of burns, while retaining heat within the cabinet. The interior is also insulated with high-temperature fiberglass to enhance heat retention.
Measuring at approximately 22 inches wide, this oven is designed to sit conveniently on your countertop without occupying excessive space.
Inside, the Axis AX-513 countertop convection oven provides room for three half-size food pans on three separate guides. These guides are thoughtfully spaced 3 inches apart, ensuring even heating by allowing air to circulate around your dishes.
