Blodgett ZEPH-100-E DBL Description
The Blodgett ZEPH-100-E DBL Zephaire convection oven, with its double-deck design, is perfect for low-volume applications, such as small schools, as it enhances production without requiring extra floor space. Each compartment houses five chrome-plated pan racks, accommodating five 18-inch by 26-inch standard baking pans in a left-to-right orientation. These pans can be adjusted in 1⅝-inch increments for various roasting or baking results and are removable for convenient cleaning. The two dependent doors on each section feature a powder-coated handle, allowing simultaneous door opening for easy loading and retrieval of pans. The doors boast dual-pane thermal glass windows, offering a clear view of baking contents. This unit, measuring 38¼ inches wide, 36⅞ inches deep, and 70⅝ inches high, is constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, with 6½-inch adjustable legs to ensure stability on uneven floors.
The Blodgett ZEPH-100-E DBL Zephaire double-deck convection oven efficiently circulates heat in its compartments using tubular heaters and a ½-horsepower, two-speed fan motor for rapid baking, roasting, or rethermalizing. Individual temperature adjustments from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit can be made using the solid-state infinite controls. A 60-minute timer ensures precise cooking durations. Solid mineral fiber insulation in the top, back, sides, and bottom maintains consistent temperatures during pan loading and retrieval

Ventless Solution

How Ventless Convection Works
- The fan pulls air in and circulates it along with the catalytic converter.
- The excess gets pulled up to the hood and passes through a filter.
- The fan pulls the air up from the filter and out of the back of the unit.
Easy to Use
- Turn oven on and then turn on the Hoodini.
- The green indicator light lets you know the oven is ready for use.
- The orange button lets you know that it is time for you to replace the filter in the oven and order a replacement for your spare filter.
- The red light indicates the filter is full and inoperable.
