The Empava gas cooktop provides two versatile high-efficiency burners to accommodate a range of cooking needs. It includes a Dual-Ring burner with 12,000 BTUs for high heat and a 4,000 BTU burner for lower heat tasks. These burners are designed to evenly distribute heat, making them suitable for various cooking techniques such as simmering, braising, frying, stir-frying, roasting, steaming, boiling, melting, and caramelizing. This cooktop offers flexibility to handle a wide array of culinary tasks.

FIT MULTIPLE SITUATIONS

The Empava gas cooktop stove offers the same maximum BTU power for both propane and natural gas cooktops. By default, it's configured for natural gas but can be easily converted for use with propane. This cooktop operates manually, without the need for electricity, making it versatile for various applications such as RVs, small kitchens, mobile homes, and outdoor use. It comes with both LPG and NG nozzles included, providing flexibility for different gas sources.
