The Empava slide-in gas range offers heavy-duty cast iron grates and five versatile burners to enhance your cooking experience. It features a high-intensity 18,000-BTU burner, an 8,000-BTU burner, a 6,000-BTU burner, a 4,000-BTU burner, and an oval 9,000-BTU burner. These burners provide even heat distribution, making it ideal for simmering, boiling, stir-frying, steaming, melting, or caramelizing.
Constructed with premium brushed stainless steel, this gas range combines modern styling with high-performance cooking technology. Ergonomic knobs not only offer practical functionality but also add to the attractive exterior design. The enamel tank surface is easy to clean and resistant to stains and heat discoloration, ensuring the oven remains durable for years with minimal maintenance.
Inside the stainless-steel gas range, you'll find a black porcelain interior. It's equipped with a 10,000-BTU broil burner and an 18,500-BTU U-shape burner in the oven. The temperature can be set between 150°F and 500°F, allowing you to cook with precision for broiling, baking, defrosting, dehydration, and preheating.
The commercial-grade gas oven offers an extra-large 4.55 cu. ft. cooking capacity, perfect for roasting a Thanksgiving turkey. It comes with two removable black porcelain oven racks and provides five adjustable rack positions to accommodate various food item sizes.
A commercial convection fan, controlled by a push-button, circulates heated air over, under, and around your food. This ensures fast preheating and uniform cooking, eliminating cold spots, and guaranteeing even baking. The entire oven, including the walls and racks, is heated to the correct temperature.
The slide-in gas range also features a large oven window and halogen oven lights controlled by push buttons, allowing you to monitor your cooking without opening the door. The triple-layer tempered glass adds to the appliance's eye-catching exterior design while offering both style and practicality.
