This induction cooktop features two 15.75 in. x 7.48 in. Flexi-bridge burners that allow you to control two heating elements simultaneously to evenly heat large cookware or griddles, with a booster providing up to 3600W of power. This feature is ideal for oversized cooking needs. The cooktop includes auto-shutdown features to protect you in case you forget to turn it off.
It features an 11 in. center element with a maximum power of 3,000W, two 7.48 in. burners with up to 2,000W each, and two 7.48 in. burners with up to 2,600W each in Power Boost Mode for up to 5 minutes. The cooktop is compatible for installation above any Empava 24/30 in. under-counter single wall oven, with a power range from 1500W to 10,200W, providing versatility for various cooking requirements.
The built-in digital display timer allows you to set individual timers for each cooking zone, with a maximum time setting of up to 99 minutes. The cooktop will automatically turn off the cooking zone after the set time has elapsed. Slider Touch Controls make it easy to adjust the power settings with a simple slide control. The cooktop also includes features like Boost, Keep Warm, individual timers, Child Lock, Auto pan detection, Overheat Protection, and Stop & Go (Pause) Function for ease of use.
The cooktop is designed to be flush with the countertop for a sleek built-in appearance.
