Its sturdy construction includes a front, back riser, and a lift-off shelf made of rugged stainless steel, ensuring resistance to corrosion and rust. The removable shelf on the riser provides convenient storage for pots, pans, utensils, and supplies, while casters make it easy to move for cleaning and servicing.

While this range operates on natural gas, it can be effortlessly converted to an LP-gas-powered unit using the included conversion kit. The burners on the IKON IR-2B-24MG-36 commercial range each deliver 30,000 BTUs of cooking power and feature 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron grates, accommodating various cookware. A crumb tray located beneath the burners captures debris and grease, which can be fully pulled out for thorough cleaning. The 24-inch-wide griddle plate, measuring 3/4-inch thick, is conveniently positioned next to the burners and is perfect for preparing a range of items like eggs, bacon, hamburgers, and more. The oven boasts a porcelain-coated interior door, hearth, and sides to withstand repeated heating and cooling cycles while facilitating easy cleaning.
