The Ikon IR-10-60 commercial gas range is a versatile cooking appliance available in natural gas or liquid propane configurations. This 60" wide range is equipped with ten powerful burners and two static ovens featuring manual controls. Its sturdy construction includes a durable stainless steel front, back riser, and a convenient lift-off shelf. The range stands on robust 1" adjustable legs for stability.

Each of the ten top burners and ovens provides 30,000 BTUs of cooking power, ensuring efficient performance. The top burners are equipped with 12" x 12" cast iron grates for durability. The commercial gas oven features three positions for oven racks and is shipped with two racks included. For easy maintenance and longevity, the oven's interior door, sides, and hearth are porcelain-coated.

GAS REQUIREMENTS

• Natural Gas or Liquid Propane (LP) Gas main supply required
• A conversion kit is supplied with each unit. In order to avoid any warranty issues, conversion of your unit must be completed by an authorized Ikon service agent
• 3/4” NPT gas connection
• 30,000 BTU’s per burner
• One pilot light per burner
• Natural gas 4” W.C., LP gas 10” W.C.
