  • "U" shape burners provide consistent heat distribution every 12”, ensuring uniform cooking results.
  • Each griddle features a robust 1” griddle plate for durability and optimal cooking conditions.
  • Gas control knob for each 12” section facilitates precise temperature adjustments.
  • The griddle is housed in an all-stainless steel cabinet with double-wall insulated sides for durability and ease of cleaning.

  • Natural Gas or Liquid Propane (LP) Gas main supply required.
  • 3/4” NPT gas connection.
  • 30,000 BTU’s per burner with one pilot light per burner.
  • Natural gas at 4” W.C., LP gas at 10” W.C.
