Introducing the Ikon IGCO-2 Gas Convection Oven, the ultimate culinary powerhouse designed for high-performance cooking. This full-size gas convection oven boasts three inshot burners, each delivering a formidable 18,000 BTU, resulting in a total power of 54,000 BTU. Its independent glass window doors allow you to monitor your culinary creations without compromising the cooking environment's efficiency.
With a 2-speed, ½ HP fan motor and a forced 'cool down' fan mode, this oven provides precision control over your cooking processes. The porcelain enamel oven interior, illuminated by two halogen interior lights, ensures both easy maintenance and exceptional durability. Featuring an electronic ignition system (Fenwal) and an electronic thermostat (FAST) with manual timer control, this oven allows you to fine-tune your recipes. Its broad temperature range spans from 150°F to 500°F (66°C to 260°C), accommodating a wide range of dishes.
Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and top exterior, this oven is not only durable but also easy to clean. The control panel, conveniently located on the right side and accessible via a pull-down drawer, allows for straightforward operation. Equipped with five nickel-plated racks, which offer ten rack positions, this oven provides flexibility to create culinary masterpieces. The IGCO-2 is available in both Natural gas (NG) and Liquid propane (LP), with a conversion kit included for each unit. Please note that the IGCO-2 requires two gas connections for operation.
