Our Kokomo Grill hoods feature dual-wall construction, ensuring that the stainless steel retains its luster over the years, never fading or losing its sheen. We've designed the hood to feature a squared-off look, emanating a commanding presence in your outdoor kitchen.

Inside the grill, we've incorporated commercial-grade, non-coated cooking grids. The stainless steel construction ensures easy cleaning and precise heat control, surpassing other grill surfaces. Our cooking grids boast a tighter, heavier design compared to similar brands. Each Kokomo Grill is furnished with a warming rack, and behind it, a potent IR backburner capable of reaching 1000 degrees in under 30 seconds.

Beneath the cooking grids, we've integrated a commercial-grade ceramic searing briquette system, guaranteeing even heating across the entire grill surface while preventing flare-ups. These briquettes are remarkably durable and long-lasting.

For added cooking versatility, we've included two types of burners. Our classic models feature stainless steel tube burners, each producing 12,000 BTUs, while our professional models showcase upgraded CAST stainless steel burners, delivering an impressive 15,000 BTUs.
