The Sierra Range SR-6-36 commercial range is equipped with six powerful 30,000-BTU burners, making it an ideal choice for cooking multiple pots or pans simultaneously. The cast iron grates of these burners efficiently transmit heat to cookware, ensuring uniform and effective cooking. A convenient crumb tray is located beneath the burners to capture and contain any loose food debris.
Constructed from robust stainless steel, the Sierra Range SR-6-36 gas range is not only durable but also resistant to gouges, dents, and rust, ensuring long-lasting performance. It features a protective backguard that prevents food splatter and grease from damaging kitchen walls or creeping behind the range. On top of the backguard, a practical storage shelf provides space for keeping ingredients, bowls, and essential kitchen items within reach. To optimize kitchen space, the range's base includes a 32,000-BTU oven, reducing the need for additional appliances.
