The Sierra Range SR-6B-24G-60 range combo is a space-saving solution that offers versatility without compromising on performance. With six burners, a griddle, and two ovens, it caters to expansive menus. Each of the six burners delivers a powerful 25,000 BTU output and is equipped with a 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron top grate, ensuring efficient heat transfer and allowing for smooth pan movement. Cleaning is made hassle-free thanks to grease and debris deflectors that guide them into a removable crumb/drip pan. Operators can easily control heat levels using the orange-paint-injected aluminum knobs. For added safety and convenience, the range's front features a landing ledge, doubling as a plating area. Its front and sides are constructed from stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting durability and resistance to rust and corrosion.
On the other side of the cooking area, a 24-inch-wide griddle is seamlessly integrated. Pilots are conveniently accessible from the front panel for quick ignition. The 3⁄4-inch-thick polished carbon steel working griddle plate heats up rapidly and retains heat for continuous use. Enameled griddle burners, positioned every 12 inches beneath the plate, ensure even heat distribution. To simplify cleanup, users can remove oil and debris from the stainless steel griddle grease trap. The griddle plate is also equipped with 3-inch-tall splash guards on the sides and rear, safeguarding nearby cooking surfaces from splattering oil.
While one of the ovens in the Sierra Range SR-6B-24G-60 commercial range features a standard design, the other is designed to save space. Both ovens have a standard 26½-inch bakery depth and interiors coated with easy-to-clean double-sided enamel, ensuring durability through repeated heating and cooling cycles. The counterweight-balanced doors make pan insertion and retrieval a breeze. The standard oven includes a heavy-duty wire oven rack that can be adjusted to three positions, accommodating a variety of dishes like pasta bakes, casseroles, desserts, and bread. Operators can fine-tune the temperature between 210 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit using the snap-action thermostat. This unit, measuring 60 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 62 33/64 inches tall, runs on natural gas but ships with an LP gas conversion kit for added flexibility.
