The Sierra Range SRHP 2-12 hotplate is a robust cooking solution with two burners, each capable of reaching a maximum of 30,000 BTUs. Constructed with durability in mind, it features all stainless steel construction and a heavy gauge welded front frame. The pilot shield adds an extra layer of protection against grease and spills. The heavy-duty cast iron top grates are easily removable for efficient cleaning, and the unit includes a removable crumb tray for quick and convenient maintenance. With a full landing edge for enhanced plate stability, this hotplate offers both functionality and reliability.
