The Sierra Range SRTG-24 gas griddle is designed for countertop convenience, with compact dimensions measuring 24 inches in width, 32.3 inches in depth, and 14 inches in height. It is supported by sturdy 4-inch-high stainless steel legs, extendable by an additional 1.5 inches for adaptability. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the griddle features a robust heavy-gauge welded front frame, ensuring resilience against typical wear and tear. The griddle's generous 5.7-inch landing edge provides stability during plating, contributing to smooth operations. Cleanup is simplified, as users can effortlessly scrape food particles into the 4-inch-wide grease trough, guiding them into the removable grease tray.
The Sierra Range SRTG-24 commercial griddle is equipped with a 1-inch-thick steel griddle plate, engineered to retain heat and withstand repeated use without warping. To ensure uniform heat distribution, a 30,000-BTU U-shaped burner is strategically positioned every 12 inches across the griddle's width. Users have complete control over the heat, with the ability to manually adjust temperatures ranging from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, accommodating various cooking methods, from simple reheating to frying. For swift ignition, each flute comes with a stainless steel standing pilot. This unit operates on natural gas, and for added flexibility, an LP conversion kit is included with the purchase.
