The Sierra Range SRTG-36 commercial gas griddle is a versatile cooking powerhouse that seamlessly transitions between natural gas and LP gas. Capable of reaching temperatures up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, it accommodates a wide array of specific cooking methods. The generously sized 36-inch-wide by 20.6-inch-deep cooking plate is crafted from robust 1-inch-thick stainless steel, ensuring it remains warp-free even during extended use. U-shaped burners are strategically placed at 12-inch intervals across the griddle's width, allowing for simultaneous cooking of diverse food items. Each flute is equipped with a stainless steel standing pilot for instant ignition.
With dimensions of 36 inches in width, 32.3 inches in depth, and 14 inches in height, this griddle is a convenient countertop addition. It rests atop 4-inch stainless steel legs, offering the flexibility of being lowered or raised by 1.5 inches. The interior, exterior, front, sides, landing edge, and valve controls are all constructed from stainless steel, ensuring durability through daily use. The griddle also features a robust heavy-gauge welded front frame for added strength. Cleanup is simplified with a 4-inch-wide grease trough and a removable grease tray equipped with a weep hole to manage collected oil levels efficiently.
