Featuring a substantial 1-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate, this unit excels at retaining heat for extended periods, making it an ideal tool for handling back-to-back orders. The griddle's thermostatic controls provide precise temperature adjustments, ranging from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and the unit's standing pilots ensure instant ignition. For added convenience, a roomy 5.7-inch landing edge is positioned at the griddle plate's edge, offering a convenient space for plating dishes.
Designed for countertop use, the Sierra Range SRTG-48 commercial griddle is supported by durable 4-inch stainless steel legs, which can be extended by up to 1.5 inches to enhance stability within bustling kitchen environments.
